Mr. Hall is the Founder and CEO of Pinnacle Armor Company (PAC) and Armor Research Corporation (ARC). Hall’s vision and dedication to protecting our men & women in service, is responsible for the successful relaunch of PAC and the DragonSkin product line on September 15th 2020. Mr. Hall has a proven track record of developing additional product lines and associated IP, as well as establishing critical strategic relationships for supply line stability. He has a passion to learn and understand new developments in the industry and utilizes his knowledge to capitalize on these emerging technologies. Throughout his career, Mr. Hall has acquired a robust background as the founder or founding member of eight diverse companies over the last 20 years. In addition to those eight companies, he has been responsible for the purchase and turnaround of four more. During his tenure he has served as the President, Vice President, CEO, and Manufacturing Engineer for companies including Hall Industries, Civil Protection Services, Hiebert, Inc., Pacific Research and Manufacturing, Floor Restore, Cash Protection Services, H&A Foundry Works, and Atlantis Manufacturing. Mr. Hall has also been responsible and contributed to the development of eight separate security, first responder, and SRT/SWAT-related U.S. patents and products. Of those patents, four are primary products of companies that are in operation today.
From 2007 to 2018, Mr. Hall served as a consultant for several large municipal SWAT and other Special response Teams (SRT). These include but are not limited to Los Angeles Police Department, Dallas SWAT, Las Vegas Metro PD SWAT and more. Recently Mr. Hall Also had the honor of serving as guest cadre for MAROPS teams serving in the US military.
Mr. Hall attended the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) where he spent eight semesters in the UCLA extension program for Manufacturing Engineering. Additionally, Mr. Hall spent two years at El Camino College as well as continuing his education at Harbor College. In 1984, Mr. Hall was the youngest certified Manufacturing Engineer in the western United States as recognized by the Society of manufacturing Engineers (SME). Mr. Hall has received several certifications from the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer’s Association (BIFMA) standards at Purdue University, First Responder Training via Homeland Security, and Crisis Intervention and High-Speed Driving from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). In addition to his certifications, he is a licensed pilot, boat captain, and commercial diver.
